Review of Subconscious (2010) by Joey E — 25 Mar 2013

Subconscious is easily one of my top favorites in the genre and the Director's Cut only enhances an already phenomenal movie full of great acting (the fact that the two actors carry the movie so well is a feat in itself) from the two leads,subtext,and psychological (or real,depending on how u view it :) ) horror that easily surpasses the usual confines of what is considered "found footage".

With a small budget,there are genuinely frightening moments in both what u do and do not see on the screen that are worth more than only one viewing.I think this is one of the most overlooked films today and Christos Petropoulos is an extremely talented writer and director and I look very forward to any film project he puts out in the future.
