Review of Stuck in Love (2013) by Richard D — 02 Jul 2014

It's one thing to have a character in your movie that's an author, but it's a bit of a warning sign when MOST of your characters are writers. I sense pretension, which this movie has in spades.

The plot is cliched and banal, but writer/director Josh Boone feels like he's dropping pearls of wisdom in his wake. It's somewhat salvaged by a decent cast, but there's really nothing surprising or all that interesting here.
