Review of Striking Distance (1993) by Bethany T — 09 Feb 2009
Pretty standard renegade cop chasing serial killer tale. Bruce Willis is Bruce Willis, Sarah Jessica Parker is given nothing to do, Tom Sizemore, Dennis Farina and John Mahoney add some life to the proceedings but the lack of action and predictable twists keeps this from being anything but mediocre.
Still if you catch it on the TV it's a reasonably good way to kill 2 hours.
