It has the makings of looking like a moderately made cop action/drama, but honestly I felt no reason why anyone would care for this character! He's obviously racist and there's no conviction to believe he would even want to help his deceased ex partner.
It's damn inconsistent, and the plot doesnt even make clear what it really is. Revenge story? Justice mercenary? Inside Job plot? Hell! Is it a set up? NO! none of it makes sense.
