Review of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009) by Leonard Anthony A — 01 Dec 2009
I can't believe I actually watched that into movie... it can actually be put on my list of worst movies I have ever seen. Not only was the script deplorably weak, as if a ten-year old had written the dialogue, but for a film that calls itself a martial arts film the fight sequences were pathetically boring.
The choreography was the same in every fight making every fight, which makes up for 70% of the film the same. The plot, if you want to call it that, is nonsensical and just a pile of rubbish thrown together to give them an excuse to make this film.
I really don't want to get started on the acting - but I have no choice. Chris Klein - worse performance ever. Kristin Kreuk and Moon Bloodgood - definitely weren't used for their acting 'talents'.
Michael Clarke Duncan - really? You lowerd yourself to this film? Really? What the hell man? The film in itself was a complete and total mess. SKIP!
