Review of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009) by Bryce F — 06 Dec 2013
Det. Maya Sunee (Moon Bloodgood): So... where do we start?
Charlie Nash (Chris Klein): You don't want a ticket to this dance, Detective.
Det. Maya Sunee (Moon Bloodgood): You've never even seen me dance.
I have determined that just because a movie is on the tube is not enough of a reason for me to watch it. This "movie" was so bad, it made "Sucker Punch" seem like "The Godfather". This was so God-awful that I fast-forwarded through much of the film and still was able to figure out what little story there was. Kristin Kreuk (Chun-Li) was a decent enough actress, even Moon Bloodgood (Maya Sunee) was tolerably good, but Chris Klein's portrayal of Detective Nash was laughable at best. My goodness, watching him hurt my eyes and I am of the opinion he peaked in "American Pie". He should really consider retiring from acting...So overall, this "movie" was so bad that my eyes are punching my brain for making myself watch this monstrosity.
