Hitchcock's dark masterpiece. A relatively simple meeting and subsequent conversation of the eponymous strangers, lead to a twisted and highly suspenseful movie. The dynamic of the film is raised to an extreme level as the true malevolence of Robert Walker's character - through many subtle and very unsubtle nuances - is portrayed in a way that only Hitchcock could do.
