Review of Strangers on a Train (1951) by Al M — 29 Jan 2009
Brilliant Hitchcock film filled those trademark Hitchock moments: the shot of a murder reflected in a pair of glasses, heads at a tennis match moving back and forth, a fight on a merry-go-round, etc. The tension in this film builds from its earliest moments until the final seconds of the film, and the final thirty minutes of the film are ulmost unbearably tense.
An absolute must-see.
