Review of Stranger Than Paradise (1984) by Jens T — 09 Aug 2010
It's no doubt that Jim Jarmush has seen Jean-Luc Godard's Band a Part, some times to like, special two men and one women part and running away part. But it's neither no doubt that Jarmush had make a artistic black-white movie about boredom.
but since it's the 80's, I think they could go to the next elevel, beyond the french wave movies, it's seems less impresive than thoose movies like Band a Part. It could been more violence, passion and sexuality.
but overall a good try.
