Review of Stranger Than Fiction (2006) by Al R — 22 Jun 2011
A movie that was advertised in the worst way possible, and therefore suffered financially for it. Other than it, it is one of my favorite movies and shows Will Ferrell as that rare comedy-person who can pull off a great semi-serious role.
The characters are incredibly likable, the story is simple and yet complex in its emotional content, and the music is top notch with the score written by Spoon frontman Britt Daniel and featuring instrumental versions of Spoon songs.
A wonderful wonderful wonderful movie.
