Stranger by the Lake is filled with with both sharp dialogue and tense moments. While this does lead to a bit of an uneven pacing, there are enough metaphors to keep you talking and thinking about the movie days after you've finished watching it.
It's all about sex, death, and laughter. Did I mention it's a French film?
