Strangeland is something of an anomaly as it is a unique horror but pretty much is cheesed out due to Dee Snyder. So you have an internet killer-stalker who hangs his victims by their skin. That effectively works in a gross-out way but that's all there really is aside from Robert Englund as a town vigilante.
