Review of Strange Days (1995) by Jim W — 04 Feb 2010
Strange Days is possibly Kathryn Bigelow's most under-rated film. It didn't do too good at the Box Office and most critics didn't even like it. It stars Ralph Fiennes as a former cop, who's now street hustler that sells devices that let you experience the memories of other people. When Fiennes' experiences the memory of a key witness in the murder of an important public speaker, his life is in danger.
The film is fresh and well acted. Which is why I find it funny that critics ask for original movies and that when they get an original movie like Strange Days, they bash it. But I strongly recommend this movie. Listen to me, since critics don't know what they are talking about most of the time lol.
