This is Weirrrrrrrrrrrrrd. It was made in 1995 but paints the year 2000 as this depraved society on the brink of collapse. Oh yeh, and they also have invented a way to capture people's visions and feelings and transfer them into another persons brain on a mini-disc - all that within 5 years??? I found myself getting bored as it seemed to go on forever, they could have easily shaved of 60 minutes.
Apart from that it was an OK movie but it could have been loads better.
