Strange Days took a good idea from movies like Brainstorm and made it into a good movie, maybe even great, but it seams to fizzle out a bit the last 30 minutes. It supplies enough "oh shit" twists and turns to keep anyone entertained.
This is an over-looked classic that needs to be seen by every Sci-Fi fan.
