Review of Straight Outta Compton (2015) by Tobinisawesome — 13 Aug 2015

This is a really really really good movie! I had a ton of concerns mainly because I was not sure if the acting was going to work I was not sure how cover songs would work but it never was a disappointment.

the acting was superb! these guys were crying yelling and were pissed off and I was sometimes forgetting that it was a movie um this movie is not for everyone ok its very sad its brutal and its going to make you fee really uncomfortable sometimes especially with the Rodney king part of the movie its not fun to watch but thats how it was intended and im glad this stuff was brought up they push it to the max here so they can explain what happened and how they became a non violent weapon against all of this crap that was going on in the city of Compton! now I have only one very small complaint being that this movie can only go on for so long meaning this huge story was crammed into 2 and a half hours one minute there broke dudes trying to make a point and half hour later there huge stars its way too fast.

but this movie is so good it could be as much of a classic as the album straight outta compton and its worth every single cent.
