After a horrible tour of duty, Brandon, (Ryan Phillippe) is happy to be a civilian again, but upon learning he is ordered to return to duty in Iraq he goes AWOL. This movie points out the tragic psychological effects combat has on people, but also the importance of friendship and how tough it is to make important decisions.
Great performances by a stellar cast.
