Review of Stone (2010) by Ollie W — 27 Aug 2011
It starts off like a formulaic thriller, completely watchable thanks to the superb performances of the De Niro, Norton and a horrifically flirtatious and playful Jovovich... and before long it becomes a taut, unpredictable little beast that evades easy categorization and features a beautifully surreal sensory explosion of ambiguity in it's utterly inexplicable final third.
Thoroughly satisfying and unusual.
