Review of Stolen (2012) by Eduardo B — 18 Aug 2014

This is part bank heist, part Taken rip off and 100% naff. It's difficult to know where to start, the first thing was the really bad soundtrack that accompanies the film. Within the first few minutes you're distracted by the bad score that makes this sound like a Saturday afternoon cop show from the 90's. Once you've got used to the bad music you come to the sad realisation that you're watching a seriously b-grade movie with phoned in performances full of cliches and stereotypes following a very predictable storyline.

It's a real shame because a couple of days ago I watched a really good Nicholas Cage film called The Frozen Ground and then I see this mess. Disappointing choice Mr Cage .
