Review of Still Breathing (1997) by Gina S — 23 Jan 2008
I picked this up at the rental store on a whim a few years ago, and it has become one of my favorite films. Brendan Frasier's sweet eccentric character is appealing. I use "quirky" a lot in reviews, but I think that speaks more to my taste in films than lack of vocabulary, lol.
This film is delightfully quirky while still digging deep to crack our most cynical emotional barriers. Gorgeous cinematography and score. Well worth dusting off from it's semi-rental-inventory anonymity and passing on to others to appreciate.
