Review of Stick It (2006) by Joseph R — 24 Oct 2008
Okay first a few caveats: in Hollywood movies the only true rebels are those of the pop-punk persuasion, second, highschool sports are important, and lastly, run-of-the-mill courtroom judges always have wildly creative sentences that force the guilty parties into doing things they love. DISBELIEF SUSPENDED! I really hope that sarcasm translates ... anyway, I actually enjoyed this movie, but don't hold that against me.
This movie boasts a lot of the standard comeback movie chiches, but it also features The Dood wrecking his shit on the trampoline, which was not only funny but pretty realistic, dood is old. I don't know, I dug it, chalk it up to another guilty pleasure.
