Review of Steve Jobs (2015) by Jenna G — 15 Apr 2016
Danny Boyle (who also directed 'Slumdog Millionaire') has done an amazing job of creating a gripping character drama, with Steve Jobs as the subject. Steve was a great man, but he was incredibly complicated, and a long way away from being perfect.
This film does a great job of illuminating this fact. If you're hoping to see a cinematic representation of Apple's glorious history, you will be disappointed. Some people deify Steve Jobs, and they will be shocked at this film's portrayal of him, because Steve Jobs was no deity.
One of the most nuanced character dramas I have seen.
