If you pay close attention to this dialogue ridden film then there are some interesting stories to be explored. It is a true Sorkinism of the Arron Sorkin walk and talk. Seth Rogen does a very good job of being a serious character compared to his usual characters he plays.

But if you don't get it first time then there is little in the film to make you want to re watch as it lacks the enticing aspect that hooks you to the screen.
