Seemed to do a decent job of exploring the character and just how focused he was. As a movie, it seemed a little awkward (or maybe just didn't have a big impact on me). I like how they implied that he grew to be a better person in the end, but I don't know if that was just for the Hollywood movie.
Good acting, interesting exploration, not unforgettable.
