Ok, the only reason I picked this up was because we saw part of the Ocean Dr. "mob" being filmed when we were in Miami 2 years ago, otherwise I never would have. However...it wasn't as bad as I was expecting, was actually fairly entertaining.
The dancing was good, the plot, not great. Overall, not a waste of time.
