I'm not going to lie, the plot is kind of unrealistic, and not many people could ever be that selfless, but Barbara Stanwyck gave an amazing performance and she really makes the movie. This film could NEVER be pulled off today, but it worked back then.
Barbara Stanwyck made this film, and it even made me cry, which is hard to do.
