A steamy action thriller. And by steamy, I mean "filled with valves, turbines, and water vapor.".
If you, like the creators, are obsessed with steam engines, factories, engines, and huge industrial machinery, you will love this movie.
For the other 98% of us, this movie is devoid of anything really compelling.
