Review of Steamboy (2004) by Matthew H — 12 Apr 2016
Steamboy is a visual masterpiece. I can't sing enough praises for the artwork, and I loved the film's take on the "alternative history" genre. However, Steamboy is far from perfect, as the dialog is lacking and the plot is somewhat generic (Reminded me a lot of Star Wars.
Watch it, and you'll see what I mean.). In spite of all this, it's still worth a viewing.
