A movie with Gary Oldman, Ed Harris and Sean Penn why the fuck wouldn't you want to see this?! I have no idea why this movie is still overlooked and not too many people mention this movie in their lists of favorite gangster movies, it's a great movie, not a masterpiece, but good.
The score is great, the acting is top notch. Several cool moments in this.
