Review of State of Grace (1990) by Kate M — 27 Feb 2009
The film has its flaws- the pace is almost painfully slow in parts and the script is repetitive and predictable. normally, these flaws would be fatal, but the end product is buoyed by beautiful film-noir style photography, an excellent score and (no surprise) three stand-out performances by the leads.
