Every now and then, we Sci-Fi fans just have to mourn for a lost opportunity. In fact, it happens more often than not, which is rather discouraging.
Here we have a wonderful premise, and film with an excellent first act, which then turns into nothing more than a meathead action blockbuster.
Sad.
