Review of Stargate (1994) by Adam R — 30 Oct 2017
I have enjoyed this film even after the big screen viewing all those years ago. You can see the imagination that the filmmakers showcased before delivering Independence Day. I would've liked for the film series to continue but they chose to let Tv carry on the legacy.
The story is a high concept that works and deserves a reawakening of sorts, with the old team involved. The critics didn't care for this but they don't care for much, this film is just what sci fi fans need.
The world building was impressive and the options for a sequel are endless, sadly they stopped here. 30-10-2017.
