Review of Stardust Memories (1980) by Jake W — 06 Jun 2009
Though not his strongest film, this seemed like "unconventional" Woody and it worked out to a point. 8 1/2 was the blatant influence and I liked his take on it. Though, it seemed like Allen's character really never got away from what he needed to get away from.
Very jumbled and hard to keep up with the story. Other, than that, the cinematography is gorgeous and the people he found to be in this movie were quite funny.
