While I wasn't blown away, I thought it was decent. However, if you could take Jar-Jar out of the movie, then it would be MUCH better. I also didn't like the fact that the "bad guys" in the beginning were (and continue to be) bumbling idiots.
Darth Maul was a really cool villian.
