Review of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) by Kevin L — 28 Jan 2008
During the summer of 1996, I lived with 3 guys while taking summer classes in college. We were too poor to afford cable. Our friend Andrew left a box of VHS cassettes in the house over the summer which included reruns of the Simpsons and (drum roll) this horrible f'n movie.
We were so bored that we watched this movie about 50 times (at least). At one point, I could probably recite the credits. This was.. wow .. a very dark period in my life. If I never lay eyes on Leonard Nimoy or William Shatner again, it will be a day too soon.
Drew, if you're reading this, I would be surprised if the cassette still even works - lol.
