Review of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) by David B — 25 May 2009
Shatner takes over the directorial reins, and delivers the weakest instalment in the franchise. A rogue Vulcan steals the Enterprise and takes it into uncharted areas of the universe in a search for God.
Kirk meets God, realises he isnâ??t all that, and opens a can of whup-ass on him. The script is too jokey and the performances are too hokey.
