After a pretty solid entry with ST8, this movie falls back to what most of the series has been which is more like a long tv episode. the special effects are generally not good, the story is OK with some decent twists.
..there were just too many lulls between plot points and the action sequences. Overall its just an average movie that Trekkers will probably enjoy more.
