Like the first movie I think there's a decent plot/story here but the execution is terrible. it comes off like a made-for-tv b-movie. the acting is bad, the direction and special effects are poor, the sets are cheap looking, and really I thought the whole movie was rather boring.
This continues to be a series that should have stayed off the big screen.
