Wow!

This is probably my most personal favorite Star Trek movie ever made. I also feel that this one is the best of the best as well. The 8th Star Trek movie and the second with The Next Generation cast surprised all Star Trek fans and non fans as well. It didn't do as well in the box office as Star Trek IV, but it came very close.

The Borg are probably the most memorable villains in the Next Generation TV series and this movie not only gives you alot of Borg but alot of great action scenes as well. The story is very well done as well, as it introduces you to the origins of the Star Trek universe. If you are new to the Star Trek universe, this is probably the best movie to start off with, as it educates you how the past got molded into the Star Trek future, and it keeps your attention with action the whole time while doing it.

The Borg's mission was to go back in time to when humanity was first contacted by alien life. The time and the place was the year 2063 in Montana somewhere. The Next Generation crew has to follow the Borg to that time period to try to erase everything the Borg did so that their future will be just fine when they go back.

There is alot of great acting in this movie. Alice Krige as the Borg queen does a decent job. Brent Spiner in his role as Data continues to do a great job like always. This movie has it all, action, suspense, story, history. You will enjoy it and be on the edge of your seat the whole time. Even Star Wars fans that don't care for Star Trek will enjoy this one.

Very VERY highly recommended to all.
