At the time of this films release, I'd easily argue there hadn't been a good Star Trek film since Wrath of Khan; until First Contact was released and changed that. Star Trek- First Contact is the first to feature the cast of The Next Generation and they all do a great job.

First Contact is an action packed joyride with a great story and great cast to go along. Visually stunning for 1996 with a good dialogue and well done direction makes this one of the most memorable Star Trek films.

Simply put, First Contact is a great Star Trek film with all the film elements working well and the best of The Next Generation films.
