It entertains at a breakneck pace, but if you ever stop to ask what is going on you quickly see the thin excuse for the premise. Designed for action and exciting 'WOW' moments, it contains little in the way of ideas or themes and anyone expecting themes should return to the original 10 films, which well at times less than Oscar worthy, still tell a story with meaning.
