Review of Star 80 (1983) by Mouthofsauron — 07 Nov 2015
'Return of the Jedi' is a criminally underrated film. However, it is, admittedly, the weakest of the trilogy. The Ewoks are childish and the battle on Endor is not particularly believable, but its faults are redeemed by its better moments- in particular, the final space battle and the confrontation in the throne room.
The film has a lot of heart, and the conclusion is a satisfying one of redemption.
