Probably the best documentary on the phenom that is Motown - and funnily enough, it exludes all of the faces you would expect to see in a film on the subject. This film is about the "Funk Brothers," Motowns studio musicians from the label's Detroit period.
Amazing footage and stories ... a must see for any fan of soul music.
