Review of Standard Operating Procedure (2008) by Tuukka P — 28 Mar 2010
Erroll Morris examines what happened in Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq circa 2003-2004 with the infamous photographs at centre stage. Most of the culprits get to explain their actions and reveal the underlying theme of their actions not definitelty being the worst that happened in that place.
Elfmans score makes some of the dramatized visuals even more sickening and powerful. Simple people doing stupid things and not (seemingly) not being very sorry about them is frightening and sad.
