The script and direction are a let down, but seeing Walken and Pacino makes this one worth a watch, and adding Arkin to the mix certainly doesn't hurt. Gangster comedy, didn't quite find the right tone for me, sometimes it was too serious for what they were trying to do, but has enough laughs to keep your interest.
Give it a try.
