Great film adapted from a Story by Stephen King. Captures the loss of innocence and growing up that all 12 year olds go through... I don't remember trekking to find a dead body with my besties of the time though.
At times Dreyfuss' colourless voice over is almost funny in how diffrerent it is in comparison to the passion of youth. An essential watch no matter what your age is.
