Review of Stalag 17 (1953) by Ashley H — 03 Jan 2016
Stalag 17 is an incredible film. It is about two escaping American World War II prisoners who are killed and that a German POW camp barracks black marketer is suspected of being an informer. William Holden and Otto Preminger give excellent performances.
The screenplay is well written. Billy Wilder did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama. Stalag 17 is a must see.
