Given the title and plot premise; Stake Land, a world over run by vampires you might want to seek this out or avoid dependent on your tastes. Surprisingly well paced and character driven story with little focus on the vamps ( just enough) and unfolds into a coming of age, road movie with survivors familying together.
Quite poignant moments and interesting indie flick. Think Zombieland meets The Road.
