Review of Stake Land (2010) by Alex G — 08 Feb 2012
Undeniably powerful and beautiful. Like the Road, 28 Days Later, and Walking Dead (comic), this film tells the story of striving for survival in the most unspeakable of circumstances. It is hard hitting and feels not only real, but poignant.
Probably the best vampire film I have ever seen. I cannot recommend this film enough.
