Review of Stake Land (2010) by Arran W — 03 Apr 2012

This is one of those low budget films destined to become a cult classic. I highly recommend this film, it has some genuine scares in it and offers something new to the vampire film genre. Shitelight erm I mean twilight films take note the vampires in this film make the ones in those terrible films look like nuns.

For those of you looking for a fresh new horror film made by people who care about films and not film studios who want to line their pockets then this is for you. It made next to nothing at the cinema but deserves an audience on DVD.
